Services

Mental Health Social Support

A training service for individuals with significant mental illness aimed at enhancing functional skills and promoting health and safety, Hidden Roots' program focuses on teaching daily living skills, appropriate behaviors, and how to effectively use community resources. It also provides support with medication management and monitoring of both physical and behavioral health.

Community Stabilization

Offer short-term support to individuals and their support systems following an initial crisis response or as a diversion from higher-level care. Delivered in the individual's natural environment, these services focus on stabilization while connecting clients to appropriate community-based resources and services for ongoing care.

Intensive In Home

Offers crisis intervention and comprehensive in-home services to children and adolescents at risk of abuse, neglect, or out-of-home placement. By combining skill-building interventions with family empowerment, the program focuses on improving home safety and leveraging the strengths of families to support long-term stability and well-being.
